Integração Ventures debuts in media-for-equity with Sapiens Agro as its first investment

Grupo Integração launched its investment arm, Integração Ventures, and chose Sapiens Agro as its first portfolio company. The deal follows a media-for-equity model, in which equity is exchanged for media, content, data and communication strategy — not a direct cash investment.

The Uberlândia-based agtech, specialized in market intelligence for agribusiness, was valued at R$ 40 million. For Integração Ventures, the goal is to turn reach, credibility and communication intelligence into measurable growth.

The fund said it plans to expand its portfolio with new investments — companies with a validated product, consolidated operations and scale potential, primarily in Minas Gerais.
